We are looking for Freight Operator Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia – Saudi Only –

Job Summary

In this role, your main goal will be:

• Carry out all the operational tasks from receipt of shipping request from the customer to closing of the File.
• Ensure that the customer receives a quality service, timely responses and updated statuses uninterruptedly.

Job Responsibilities

• Shipment Preparation:
  – Get shipping instructions from the client.
  – Send shipping instructions to the shipping lines as per the customers Service Level request.
  – Follow up of shipment status with Carriers, truckers, brokers and destination stations.
  – Pre-alert of tentative booking to customer
  – Checking of Credit Balance
• Execution:
  – Shipment data entry in system.
  – Checking of shipments details, terms of payment, terms of delivery, selling / buying rates.
  – Shipping documents Follow up with destination station.
  – Check special handling requirements.
  – Track of shipment departure with Shipping Lines
  – Proper entry and follow up.
• Control
  – Attend to customer complaints.
  – Preventive and corrective actions.
• Invoicing & Closing
  – Invoice customer without delay.
  – Check the correctness of invoices from the destination office and sub-contractor Invoices.
  – File Closing.
• E-Filing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, or a similar discipline.
• Saudi National ONLY will be considered.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Freight Operations is a must.
• 0 – 2 years of experience in Supply chain and logistics.
• Good commercial acumen and ability to analyze market dynamics, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic language.
